  Rooms need revamped, the pipe work under the sink was covered in a pile of dust, and there was grim build up in the toilet. Breakfast was delayed until 6:50 instead of 6:30. Staff were friendly and helpful.

  Friends staff, lovely no frills rooms, very constable firm bed, once you can get in the army standard bed madeup sheets lol well stocked welcome tray, Very clean! Nice social, eating and drinking area. Close to lots off bars and places to dine and 10min walk to town centre for shopping and sights, would highly recommend ****

  The reception staff are very helpful on arrival. The location is good- just a few minutes walk into the centre. Lots of eateries close by, plus a restaurant onsite. Our room is warm, clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, plus hairdryer, and free Wi-Fi. I would highly recommend it - if you are looking for a hotel in Belfast.

  Good location. Food quality poor. Service overall friendly but with so many other hotels to choose from in Belfast we wouldn't stay at Ramada encore hotel again.

  really enjoyed our stay. the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was spotless. there was a carpark just across the road with reasonable rates and the location was fantastic, a 10 min walk to the SSE ARENA and/or a 5-10 min walk in other direction to city centre. would highly recommend
