  I want to call the bank with a request to transfer money in. The telephone options ask for numbers ,pin etc .No number to speak to someone direct!

  Wish I could rate them a 0 star been trying for 20minutes now to get through to them by phone and all it dose is keeps ringing out so much for customer servers

  Switched back to RBS banking around 3 years ago and have been thoroughly pleased with the service from them. I currently use RBS for personal banking and business banking and the Plymouth branch are always very helpful and happy to answer any queries you have.
