::Very friendly staff but I was just hoping for an inquiry about a recent transaction I made, THEN a female member of staff decided to order me a new card simply because my card didn't register with the machine the first time. Then worked smoothly the second time, think I didn't push it in far enough. so WITHOUT MY CONSENT she ordered me a new card, which means the card I am familiar with will deactivate in a few weeks after this new card gets delivered to me? WORST PART YET, I ask if she can cancel it, she says no. So I decided to go back in five minutes later and ask a manager, he says he can cancel the order... he tried and couldn't... so friendly enough but absolutely shocking and misinformed service. I will consider changing banks after this. Kind of my last straw with RBS

::If there was minus 5 stars i would definitely have chosen it...Very bad. I switched over 2 months ago... couldn't access my account waiting for 10 digit activation code that never materialised. I called and called but still nothing. I complained and outcome was it was my line providers fault not them. Now i am simply trying to cancel a direct debit but cant. No cancel feature is there for me online or in app. Chatted to an agent who told me they cant be of any help. Wasted so much of my valiable time for doing simple tasks as cancelling a direct debit. Will not recommend..will be switching again.
