  Got the mixed grill, only moan piece of steak was miniscule. My wife got chicken and penne pasta dish which she enjoyed. Coffe was beautiful.

  This hotel and restaurant is a complete gem. Situated within a two minute walk of Uddingston station, it has wonderfully large bedrooms, and a style that harks back to a time when individual rooms were different, rather than the standard 'antiseptic' rooms you get in hotel chains nowadays. The room rates are staggeringly good, thee staff are attentive, informed, and nothing seemed too much for them. The food in The Italian, their restaurant, is worth a visit, even if you're not staying - fabulous food, generous portions and great service. The owners are working to make this hotel and restaurant a success and they deserve to be exactly that. I look forward to staying here again on future visits to Glasgow, I'm really delighted to have found it.

  Very accommodating for our large party 🎉. Good selection of food 🍲 for all at reasonable price. Many people appeared to enjoy the steak choice. Waiting staff most pleasant and helpful.

  Our stay at Redstones was pleasant enough. Our room was comfortable and cosy. We also ate at their Italian restaurant which was also good, with a varied menu and catered for people with specific dietary restrictions. Would recommend.
