  BMW Convertible Purchase My wife found my car on the Reed Autos website - I wasn't really looking to update my old banger but she insisted that I paid them a visit. Made the 40+ mile drive with no real intention of making a purchase ; not helped by the fact it was raining at the time. Arrived and was met by a very helpful assistant (Ben - remember the name). Showed me around the vehicle, answered all of my questions with total honesty (not always the case with a second-hand car dealer). He made the sale a really pleasant experience. I've since picked up the vehicle and am really pleased with it. They have a great range of vehicles, have great facilities and above all, give great service. I can't speak for the other salesmen but if you are interested in a vehicle; make a point of asking for Ben and you won't go far wrong. Lou Jenkins

  Dealt with a lad called Ben who gave me a really good experience. He helped me out a lot and made everything stress free. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

  Brought a car from Ben and he provided me with such an amazing experience. Really professional and knowledgable! A real credit to the company. I would recommend Reed Autos to anyone! Really good place with lovely people.

  I made an appointment to view a car and drove an hour to view it. I rang up before I left to check it was still there, they said everything was fine and they would see me soon. I was slightly late as it had been snowing and traffic was bad, however they were expecting me. As I arrived I saw the car being driven around the yard, which I thought was strange. I spoke to the receptionist, who told me to wait for Sam. Sam appeared 40 minutes later stating he had just sold the car. He then proceeded to tell me ‘it’s sod’s law, that’s happened a few times now'. I was then offered a car that was double the amount of the original one I went to view. They thought they would attempt to solve this problem for me, by stating: "you can finance it"!  I wanted the car as a little run around for work - therefore, financing one was out of the question. I had been left in reception for 40 minutes, none the wiser,  just incase the person viewing the car decided they did not want it. Complete and utter waste of my time.

  Great customer service from start to finish and make you feel important! You are buying a car from them at the end of the day and you expect nothing less! Had a few issues but Edward was a great help, even if I did change my mind a couple of times! But got there in the end, fixed a issues I found with car and now I am one very happy and proud owner of a new car! ... Also the drinks and biscuits are a great feature!!!
