  I have been coming to Reeds in Cambridge for 10 years. They are incredible. My colourist and stylist Kristy never fails to make my hair look and feel amazing every single time I come to the salon. Nothing is every too much to ask, and everyone is so kind, friendly and helpful. I can not recommend Kristy enough to anyone, she is such a hardworking, lovely person who has such talents with hair! I would never go anywhere else!

  I’ve always dreaded having my hair coloured due to previous bad experiences. I had a full head of highlights and cut by Kerry, and I am delighted. I would recommend her 100%

  Great haircut by Kerri. She did a brilliant job with my very long, hard to cut hair. Listened to what I wanted and did just that and wasn't overwhelmed or intimidated by hair that is very hard to style. A rare find!

  Posted a review last week because i was unhappy with my highlights. Andrew Reed responded and suggested that they would like the chance to discuss what i would like done, with the view that their main concern is all their customers leave the salon 100 per cent satisfied. I went back today, and Lee, the salon manager and colourist, did my hair. I could not have wished for better treatment. Although Lee was extremely busy, he took the time to discuss what my hair would need to get it to how I want it and the highlights are just what i was hoping for. I was a bit anxious as to how I would be greeted on account of my first review, but I needn't have worried. Everybody was very friendly and I immediately felt at ease. I am so very pleased with my hair that I have retracted my first review. I must also mention that these second set of highlights were done free of charge. Even though I wasn't paying, I still got first class treatment. I will be very happy to continue going to Reeds and have already booked another appointment for 3 months time when i shall have them done again. Thank you Reeds and thank you Lee.
