::One star is a very much polite rating - I would rate them negative Awful never recommend. While booking they mentioned engineer would visit my home for applicance repair, after booking, they asked me to send across the appliance to someone. After two days, Engineer updated the repair status ( on their website - no telephone or email communication) that appliance cannot be repaired as they couldn’t find the spares for my appliance which is barely 2.5 yrs old and sent for scrap. I checked with the appliance manufacturer and was told, could get all the spares for my appliance. I suspect some serious fraud. End of day, I have to shell out another 300 quids to buy a new applicance.

::Atrocious service. Booked appointment with Repaircare for an engineer to come out and diagnose the issue with our washer/dryer. Then rang to reschedule as they weren't able to meet the scheduled date and time. Engineer diagnosed the issue, rang to order replacement part and advised that Repaircare would contact me to update and schedule in the repair with part. Didn't hear anything for a week. Range customer services to chase and was told that they are unable to make the repair as the maximum cost of parts exceeds their max limit - when I know the cost of the part is within the max limit - so just said they'd issue a refund. Waste of time. Get a professional. Not these COWBOYS!

::Awful. Paid up front, waited a week for an appointment, then engineer arrived, spent less than two minutes looking at the appliance, then declared he would not look at it because it had a previous repair! Engineer was rude and upset my wife. Lucky I was in work. Stay away from this company. Wish I had read Google reviews before booking. One star is too generous.

::Promised a call back today at around 2pm "I guarantee I'll call you back" were the exact words used as I've been pissed around by CDA and repaircare about an oven that is under warranty and needs fixing before christmas. No call back from them at all. If you can't even smash in 11 numbers as a courtesy I'd hate to see what happens when you try do an engineering visit. Edit: 26th December 2017. An engineer did attend my property. Though it was on an unspecified day/time and we did not have any warning at all of the visit.
