  A not-for-profit cinema and cultural events venue, well-maintained and brimming with cross-cultural introductions. It’s worth popping in to pick up the relevant flyers for your interest as their sheer volume of content can be overwhelmingly maximal for the uninitiated. The bar is basic but well-stocked.

  I went to see Isle of Dogs on a Tuesday. It was quite. I hadn’t been to the cinema for a few years and wasn’t really sure why as it was close to me. The staff were friendly and the cinema was really clean. The seats are staggered well so you aren’t sitting directly behind someone and each row of seats are elevated a bit, more than most cinemas, then to row in front. My problem is that you can’t put your feet underneath the seats in front. If you wanted to stretch your feet then you can’t and the seats force you to seat in a more upright position. It would be uncomfortable for me watching a longer film so I have taken off one star.

  Attended for an interview and the staff were lovely. Very helpful. I didn't get around much of the building but what I saw was nice and clean. It seemed to have decent facilities.

  Honestly the best cinema. They have a membership scheme for under twenty fives which is 5 pound tickets always at any time, unlike other places which may offer discounted tickets for young people on Mondays for example. Popcorn is deliciously salty to the right degree and prices are alright considering area and competition. They have wonderful events carefully curated, as well as support for local artists and musicians. Lovely place and great for any events.
