  As I shop here for most maybe all of my audio and visual needs I have always received excellent care from the team at the Liverpool branch 5 star rating as always ..

  Checked out a few TV's prior to a Christmas purchase for the family. Was given some excellent advice, as usual and had a few days to think about it. Great price on the TV I eventually went with (the one I was recommended).

  Same price or often cheaper (like what I just bought) than Amazon, with same day pickup and 6yr gtee for 10% and you get that back if you don't use it. Super service from Justin; many thanks, David. Followup - they did try to sell my son a £14 optical cable - whereas there was one in the box!? So - check first people!? The box didn't list the cable.

  Very professional and personal service from Andy & Steve. Way beyond what one would expect. There is an art to retail service that seems, generally, to have been lost; but this does not apply to Richer Sounds Liverpool where old fashioned attention to customer service makes a huge difference to the buying experience. Definitely a five star experience.
