  My experience and Customer service form this branch has been excellent. The staff are very knowledge and I will for sure be return for a sound bar for my T.V. thanks again

  A small store but very helpful team. They allowed me in an hour before opening time to demo several Bluetooth speakers. They were friendly, courteous and helpful, without being overbearing. Much better than the Holborn branch I visited the day before, where the manager more or less completely ignored me, and his female colleague was disdainful and comparably ignorant.

  Not a huge store but have a small demonstration room in basement as well as quite a few TV's and Amplifiers on display. Staff are always quite happy to help too.

  I have been to this store twice recently and didn't find the staff helpful even though I was ready to buy a TV. People say a human touch in a shop is better than an online experience but after being to this store I was left feeling 'they wasn't helpful'. Even the deputy store manager gave out the wrong vibes. Staff appear to only be interested in suit wearing customers and don't waste too much time on casual clothed customers. I shall stick to Online stores who are cheaper with with better customer service.
