  Every time I visit this store, the black lady that looks like Denise from eastenders always follows me around the store as if I were to steal however never offers good customer service by asking if I need any help. Very disappointing as the store has great clothes. I do not visit this store anymore as well as many other people I know due to her appalling customer service. I was made to feel very uncomfortable shopping in this store, It's racial profiling, intimidating and borderline aggressive.

  In general I love River Island. However the customer service at this store is terrible! Very rude staff members.

  That was really a best customer service & the whole staff was excellent Amanda ,saylac and manager were very good service on the tills I was very impressed to come this store again
