    I was looking to loose a little pre Christmas weight, I knew of Rob as I had seen him around on Facebook pages. I decided to reach out because he had an online service, I signed up, we spoke for around 10 mins on the phone and we got started on the 4 week program. On my first day I had a weigh in a chunky 14st 1.5lbs by the end of the program I was slightly less chunky 13st 5.5lbs ! One thing I can say, it was alot easier than I thought it would be.
