  The night receptionist was great! Brought us a plate of food in the middle of the night because he knew we were hungry and nothing was open at that time! He did not have to do that... absolutely adorable!!!! Unfortunately, he was not at the reception at check out I wanted to say a big thanks and give him a tip! Was SOO surprised how kind he was :)

  Nagyon tetszett, hogy a bejelentkezésnél kedves volt a személyzet. Mindent elmagyarázott készséggel. A parkolóban volt hely és másnap kijelentkezéskor még nem akartuk Londont elhagyni rögtön, csak délután, de ott hagyhattuk az autónkat, megengedte a szállás, ami óriási nagy segítség volt és nagyon szimpatikus. A reggeli finom volt! Ami nem tetszett, hogy nem volt hajszárító és picit kicsinek találtuk a szobát, pedig tágasat foglaltunk.

  Who cares about the rooms ? At breakfast you get to meet the most beautiful young lady I have “EVER” seen. Long dark hair and pale young beautiful skin, flawless smile. Great service very professional. Thanks Monica. I’d stay there everyday. That’s how I like my eggs 👌🙄🙈😍 Not forgetting the other lady who works every day she is very nice to. The rooms are okay really. You have tea,coffee, hair dryer, iron, TV separate bathroom just out side the door. I can’t fault this place. For what you pay it’s great. Okay the parking sucks but your in London people it sucks everywhere you go. Just wish I could talk this much in the breakfast room on Thursday and Friday morning 🙄😂 Will return in the future 👍
