  Love this hotel cos of the location. The facilities are good too. Pity they don't offer hot choc drink in the room anymore. Before their renovation they used to.

  I generally like the hotel. We/I have stayed there over the years. Handy walking for Central London. We enjoy the Island Restaurant. The lounge bar currently under refurbishment. Room was on the smaller side though comfortable except, for me, too warm during the night even with the wall temperature control down to their allowable minimum. This could be to do with my poor sleep pattern. Don't think it is 5 Star but certainly a good 4 Star.

  My girlfriend and I stayed here over the weekend to celebrate our one year anniversary. We were greeted by very friendly front of house staff who offered to take out bags and showed us to the check in desk. Very polite and friendly members of staff here! Really set the tone for the duration of our stay. On checking in we mentioned it was our anniversary after which a bottle of champagne was brought up to our room, a very kind and thoughtful gift. The room was faultless, except for one take away box that had clearly been left from previous guests. We went out for the evening and came back to find our beds carefully turned down with classical music playing- a lovely touch. As well as this they replaced out water bottles and coffee. Our only criticism of the room would be that one side of the windows were fogged out [see photo] (I expect there was a good reason for this) however it would have been nice to enjoy the full views. Overall this was a lovely stay, with impeccable service making for a pleasant experience, one I wish could have lasted longer!

  What a gem!! Surprised by this Hyde Park hotel, incredibly conveniently located next to the central line! Rooms are perfect for what one needs in London...complete with heated floors! Lovely staff. Really enjoyed my time tbrre.

  The hotel is fantastic. It has recently been refurbished to a very high standard and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a vast choice and the rooms luxurious. Great views and loved the added touch of electric blinds. We will definitely be staying there again.
