Really enjoyed our trip to the pavilion. We didn't get an audio guide but would recommend doing so as there are some but not very many information sheets around. The pavilion has a really rich history (from being a lavish royal pad to a war hospital) and it was a very interesting visit. Would recommend buying the history pass ticket which gets you into the Brighton Museum and Preston Manor as well.

Fascinating palace- the only English one not owned by the royal estate. Unique in architecture and decor; Prince, later King, George’s uber-extravagant pleasure palace. The central banqueting hall takes your breath away with its central 12-foot dragon atop a ton of chandelier! Really worthwhile visiting after several years of walking past. Great they have a heavily-discounted entrance fee for local residents. Good shop at the end.

Unique building that is outstanding in its sumptuous decoration. Really helpful and informative guides. Nice cafe on the first floor although a little pricey.

One of The Faces of Brighton. Don't be fooled by the drab, quirky exterior. The interior is amazing. The gardens are a real treat. Wonderful for relaxing, picnics, or having fun. Nice outdoor cafe. Easy access.

If you go to Brighton and he want to visit something interesting I would highly recommend this. The decor inside is a joy to behold. The children's go out that they have really helps and to engage with experience but seeing a dragon as part of a chandelier in the dining room can't really be surpassed anyway. I would definitely say it's something that all the family would enjoy on a visit to Brighton. It's not too big which means that people don't get bored of seeing room after room. The guides are very helpful.
