  Purchased with Darren, who helped me through all the paperwork and was really knowledgeable and most of all reassuring, as this was my first purchase on finance. He could not do more to make this process as smooth as possible and ensured I was aware of what was happening, and was as comfortable as possible with the whole process. While I have purchased a car now it did develop a fault, to which I reported to Nigel in the garage. The team have been excellent in helping out with an alternative vehicle while waiting for parts and arranging the necessary repairs. I'm not naive enough to think that buying a secondhand car will have absolutely no faults but they have been fantastic all the way through. Keep up the good work folks

  If it was possible I wouldn't give any stars my advice to any buyer is AVOID AVOID AVOID I had an appalling experience with this garage I bought a MINI KR57UJY AND only had it 4 days and a fault accured blue smoke being omitted from the exhaust returned the vehicle after being inspected by 2 independent garages I was told there was serious issues with the Engine and very expensive to put right Russell ham told me all it was. Was the rocker cover gasket which would not rectify the problem it's taken me over 4 weeks to get a refund and then only when my solicitor wrote to them threatening court action and what is worse I have seen it back on their forcourt back up for sale we have reported them to trading standards as I feel someone else will buy this vehicle and have the same problems as I had to deal with.

  I purchased a car for my daughter . Darren the sales chap was really good to deal with, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. He took away the stress you get when buying a used car .I could not fault the service i was given, many thanks.

  Have nothing but praise for Nigel and the team at Russell Ham. From the sale's team right through to the amazing after care we have received, nothing is to much trouble. We had problems with the car we bought in the warranty period and even though it was a pain at the time, Nigel and the team remedied the problems quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Russell Ham if you want to buy a reliable used car as you are backed up by a no strings warranty and superb customer service.
