  Been here many times in the past few years and no complaints. Kay, Adrian and their staff make you feel really welcome and the hotel is ideally situated for tram and bus stops. Hotel is spotless with a great bar looking over the Irish sea and breakfast is excellent and plentiful.

  Lovely family run hotel, nice, clean and well decorated. It has a TV lounge with a well stocked bar. The breakfast is absolutely first class. Highly recommended.
