  Over priced for normal people. Price makes sense for over paid lawyers (liers) hypocritical justice system which makes no real sense and only important at typical 9 to 5 office hours.

  Absolute disgrace, perfect for businesses who have sufferred no loss of business but want to make extra £ stating ridiculously unfair T&C, no concern for honest citizen, being unfairly charged considerable amount of money. Completely lost my faith in the justice system. Will pay my fine and fees to avoid further problems and hopefully Karma will strike soon. Disgraceful.

  Between London and Manchester they could not organise a piss up in a brewery. Their total disorganisation has had me making call after call to sort matters out. There is only one person worth speaking to in Manchester regarding CoP enquiries and his name is David. Very polite and knowledgeable. I had to recently attend Court under duress following a 2yr battle with the Corporation known as Wirral Borough Council who brought the matter to the Court of Protection to strip my mother of her assets who is suffering from dementia. Wirral Council decided it would be fine to not attend the hearing they brought to court. I attended Court and requested the case be dismissed, I was told this was not an option as the case would be adjourned because the Judge wanted to see the case through to its conclusion. The case is now adjourned and I have to go through the same stress preparing for another hearing. Advise for anyone reading this is to avoid the Local Social Services like the plague. Record all physical contact with them from the offset and get all other correspondence in writing or Email. Read my other reviews to get the full picture of the Criminality and Fraud that go's on under our noses by trickery. Research this cestui que vie trust act 1666. Then you should start studying Common Law you eyes will soon start to open. Now they have failed to notify me of the current hearing date, only for the fact I enquired the day before that I was informed by a third party of the proceedings. Total incompetence or is it?
