  Viewed a flat with these people recently and I have to say it was one of the worst lettings companies I have used. We were looked up and down like we were filth from the moment we entered the office, there was whispering behind our backs, I dread to think what they were saying about us. We finished viewing the disgusting flat which hadn't been cleaned before being advertised, there was the last tenants leftovers there and their kids had drawn all over the walls. It was a shame because had it been cleaned up and freshly painted it could have been a decent flat. We told the agent we would let her know by the end of the working day. There was never any mention of other people viewing the property, so when we did phone her to accept the property we were lied to and told it had gone. So if your gay/lesbian not their kind stay away as you will be talked about, ridiculed and denied any help. Everyone needs somewhere to live no matter what their race, gender, sexuality, beliefs or position in society. Totally let down by these people. So people of Bristol keep your hard earned money and go elsewhere.
