  I encountered a problem on the day i transported my items to the storage site. On arrival the computer systems were offline so i couldn't check in, i had to leave my clothes and everything else i brought outside the storage complex, i was told to either take everything back home or leave it outside but at my own risk. At a later time i was contacted that their systems were online and had to transport myself back to the storage site, on arrival i was told that my luggages wont fit into the storage i had initially booked and that i would have to get a different storage unit, in addition to that, i wasn't informed that i was going to purchase a tape-like wrap and was billed after i had left the site.

  Really attentive and helpful staff, particularly Dan and Mark Could make it clearer that not all units are 24hr access when customers enquire My unit is adequate and kept in a neat condition prior to my move in
