  I wouldn't recommended this store! They claim it's a flagship store, however, bigger the branch is more problems you have. We have been with them for 10+ years, rather than from growing strength to strength it has deteriorated recently. In the recent years they have had the maximum staff turnaround. They're supposed to send you a text if you receive a delivery, however, you'll be lucky to receive one. In the last 3 - 5 months they have introduced a new surcharge if you receive 20 or more parcels a week, which used to be free once upon a time. In the last two years alone they've tried to increase our rent by 32%! In 2016 they asked for a 20% increase. In 2017 they wanted a 10% increase. I clearly don't understand how can they justify such a drastic increase. Whilst the store manager was away, his staff didn’t bother cleaning the floors, or the maintain the building, despite complaining to them. Despite being one of the longest serving customers, their attitude is horrific. Within 24 hours of us leaving, one of our suppliers attempted to drop off a back order delivery, however, they refused to accept it! “The customer has moved premises”. Worst part is, they verbally agreed to accept parcels temporarily on our behalf. In a nutshell, I'm glad our time has come to move on. I wouldn't even bother recommending this store / company to family and friends.

  Great staff very accommodating, clean and well presented storage areas with easy access would highly recommend if your looking for a place for storage

  Very good service, helpful and very nice staff!! Would definitely go there again! Everything is neat in the storage and your stuff is safe too!

  The staff were extremely helpful and made us feel welcome. All round a very pleasant experience. Storage space was spotless. Highly recommend them
