::FREE PARKING WORKAROND AT BOTTOM: Say goodbye to "free" parking that this Sainsbury's used to offer. One could park here "free" for 2 hours in the past untill recent, now introduced is a voucher system which ties into the parking payment machine in the carpark. The way it works is, you have to spend a minimum of £5.00 in Sainsbury's and in return you receive a parking voucher slip. This is scanned into the machine along with your car registration to avoid receiving a parking penalty in the post. YMMV but the workaround is to approach a self-checkout staff, mention you've forgot to collect the parking voucher from them moments ago and that your partner and children are waiting for you in the car. Unethical definitely yes....beating the system, pow!

::Rubbish. Badly run branch. Too much space given over to clothing and household goods. Poor food selection. Shelves often empty. Not a patch on other branches.

::It was ok but as it's being refurbished I couldn't find a lot of my regular items so that was a pain. Other than that, shopping in this Sainsbury's is normally a positive experience.

::Sainsbury's isn't the cheapest but you do get a good range of products and also there's something for the home and clothes in-store. They have somewhere to eat in the restaurant. The car park is very large and has a petrol station with it's own shop enjoy.

::- Smaller store than other with reduced range on offer, but good for a quick shop if on the high street. - They have recently changed there parking system and it’s quite complicated and less helpful now which is very unhelpful. - They also spent nearly 5k on a metal fence under their parking lots spiral entry drive 2 years ago to stop about 4 homeless people sleeping there in the winter (it was a dry completely unused area and it gave a little shelter to those in need) Not very community spirited as they would have you believe they are.
