  I had a nasty fall last night as a result of some badly lit fencing close to the store and went in asking for help. The wonderful Mauro, the duty first aider looked after me and called an ambulance. After a trip to A&E and a few stitches I am getting back to normal. Thanks everyone who came to my aid.

  It's a Sainsbury's so you know what you are getting in terms of the food (pretty decent, by and large). The staff in this one are a little too distracted by messing around with each other and discussing their private lives, to actually notice the customers though. Which isn't ideal. This isn't a one-off occurrence, either, but noticeable over a good few visits.

  What can I say, I has normally everything on stock, staff helpful. Just think that the younger customers should get the same attention as the older ones. Felt it a few times and I'm just 40.
