Staff are very helpful & helpful. Easy to get around & clean and tidy. Food well displayed. Not large like Monks Cross but worth a visit.

A bit expensive for many food items but is very good quality. I find the odd clothing item now and then, there's always a bargain to be had but a lot of it is nothing special. Homeware is very nice and not a bad price. I don't like the cafe so I never go in there. It's large and open and lacks any soul or character - it's very utilitarian. The store isn't horribly large like some supermarkets so I like shopping here a lot.

A good supermarket, but definitely some staff training required. After taking a photo of the entrance welcoming you to Sainsbury's I was cornered by a security operative and the manager for 'abusing' a member of staff. After what seemed like a very long wait, I was told I had taken a photo of a staff member. I only took one picture - take a look I can only see one customer entering the store. I must say they apologized immediately, but couldn't they have checked it out first?!! I was still mid shop. Not running off after my 'crime'. They could have asked the member off staff exactly what happened or checked cctv. Beware when taking photographs, especially in Foss Bank Sainsbury's as your motives may be misinterpreted. Henceforth they don't get 5 stars!!
