If I could give a zero I would, service has went downhill opening hours a joke get told one time on the phone and arrive to find it shut. Also wait an age to be served as usually only one serving at counter while other staff pretend to be busy...

Horrible service. I received confirmation that a package was delivered, only to show up and have them tell me it wasn't there yet (even though Royal Mail confirmed the delivery). After several days, several phone calls, and several trips to the post office, I finally got in touch with someone at Royal Mail who confirmed that package had been waiting there since the day I initally received delivery confirmation. When I went to pick it up after hearing from Royal Mail, the staff still claimed they didn't have the package until I insited they look for it. Extremely unprofessional service, I go out of my way to avoid this location.

Being based so close to this Post Office, I am faced with the burden of being forced to go to the country's attempt at being as inept a post office as possible. I go to get my package delivered and the woman serving me gave me an unpleasant glare and just pointed to the scales. Slightly confused, I put my package on the scales and wonder why she didn't speak. I found out it was because of her lack of ability to communicate clearly. After several attempts to get her message I finally realise that she was trying to sell me first class next day delivery for extortionate prices, and being incredibly vague almost as if she's trying to con you into losing your money. I am confused by the whole queuing system in the shop and have never used it Another day, I visit the post office at precisely 5:58. As I go on to put my package in the scales the same woman just says "closed". I showed her my watch to tell her that is 5:58 and not 6:00 as she is making it out to be. After trying to negotiate to deliver the parcel, I realised that it was worthless and left at 5:59 with parcel in hand.

Came in with an issue with one of my parcels being returned to me and rather than even look into the issue, or offer me with any way of getting the issue investigated further, they simply stonewalled me saying that "you made the mistake" despite me showing evidence to the contrary, to which I was told "we don't make mistakes." I even had to ask for the support number rather than have it offered to me as a way forward with the issue. 100% the worst issue management of any problem I've ever had with any company. Mistakes are made, it's how you try to fix them that shows what kind of customer service you offer, and this post office has the worst I've experienced.

Words cannot describe how unprofessional, rude and completely idiotic people work and own this post office. First claimed multiple times not receiving our Amazon Packages, after 3 days of claiming the packages were not in (when we received confirmation), they go through their list written with a pencil!! and claiming that if it is not on that list, its not in. After calling Amazon support, I had the name of the person who received the packages, confronting them on the same day after an extremely uneducated, rude and horrible discussion, they, for the first time, looked for the package and found it... Although the person was holding the package in his hands in front of me, they could not give it to me since there was no stamp on it saying "local collect only" so they were to return it to the sender. The sender inclusively called them to give us the package and they claimed in an extremely childish manner they could not give it to us because of the stamp (which is something that was never a requirement). We and the seller presented a formal complaint against them but still seems they keep at it and still listed as a collection point for Amazon. After a lot of discussions we were never able to get a single package through this horrible people. Absolutely ridiculous.
