  Prompt appointments. Friendly GP and Nurse. Dr Mc Neal listens well, discusses options and gives me a sense of involvement and respect with regards to my treatment.

  This is an excellent surgery. I have been registered here since moving to the area a couple of years ago and I have never had a problem getting an appointment. The doctors are all very sensible and give some great advice and treatment options.

  Every time you see someone you REALLY feel like you're getting their full attention, I seem to be able to get appointments promptly, and all of their staff, from the reception on through have been personable, kind, knowledgeable, and have in both a medical, and personal way, vastly contributed to my wellbeing, and I thank them for that, wholeheartedly. Would fully recommend this surgery to anyone. Having had a WOEFUL experience at my previous doctor's - which I won't go into, but featured a catalogue of lazy, poor work, followed by horrendous, confrontational attitudes and absolutely no empathy towards other's conditions, The Sandyford Surgery has been immeasurably better all round on every level, and I now have no feeling of discomfort at all in going to see The Sandyford surgery about anything at all.
