  I visited this branch to ask about an enquiry I had. I stood waiting for almost 25 minutes until someone decided to actually help me (Branch wasn’t busy at all). Staff in this place ignore you and walk past you. Absolute disgrace of a branch, I’ve been to many other Santander’s and all the staff are friendly and very welcoming unlike this dump.

  Excellent standard of customer service in the branch and all the staff are very polite and friendly
