    Rip off merchants. Use at your own risk. Will overcharge without invoicing. Dishonest at best. Giving their tradesmen a bad name.

    Helpful to get a plumbing problem fixed after 8pm on Saturday. Problem is, they are hideously expensive (£198 for the first call-out hour) and to crown it all a 2nd transaction has appeared on my bank account for £174. Not good - why has this happened please?

    I called on Tuesday to book an appointment to have my boiler fixed and was able to book an appointment for Wednesday night between 6 and 7pm. I rushed home to make it on time, and no one showed up or contacted me. After 10+ phone calls I managed to speak to someone who apologised and booked me in for Thursday evening between 7 and 8pm, but again no one showed up or contacted me, and no one has answered my calls. Given that they took my credit card details over the phone, I started to wonder if this company is a scam. Very poor service.

    2 star for payment method I really don't like giving card details over the telephone, but hey, with water all over the kitchen I had little choice. Probably good plumbers though
