  Long standing client the staff been there through colour changes from dark to white. Staff excellent from siobhan on reception and Lindley as stylist and robyn as manager. Professional and efficient making me feel special. Over & above job spec. Review posted by me as requested by my sister eileen mullen.

  Went in with my 10 year old daughter as she wanted her hair cut short. Jennifer who cut her hair was fantastic my daughter's hair is amazing. Very happy with the whole experience all the girls who worked in the shop on Sunday where so lovely made my daughter feel really special will definitely go back

  I've been here a few times and it was ok. Never fantastic. Today was very very disappointing. I booked in for a colour with 8 foils £90, and cut and blow dry with a fairly senior level stylist. He cuts my hair, blow drys it for a couple of minutes, mutters something then disappears. The young girl ( she's very nice )who washed my hair appears, picks up the hairdryer and blow dries it in a two section technique. Top of hair then underneath. Hair looks lack lustre and straight - dry but really unstyled, she had not seen me when I entered and had not had any conversation with me regarding styling, obviously that is the stylists job and what I am paying for. Stylist -Chris returns, he chops a bit off here and there and tells the girl to tong my hair. She looks a little confused and so I decline the rest of my ' styling' she has no idea what the initial brief was and no idea what she has to do. Really weird for a supposedly top salon. The colourist appeared at the till to ask if I was ok with my colour. 150minutes in when I have my coat on this seems odd. I really question their expertise and customer service and they are very expensive. The colour is reddish brown- I always ask for brown. Not going back here.

  Efficient staff & a great haircut! I was listen to for what I wanted and got a great haircut, nice head massage offered when washing my hair too.
