  I purchased an apartment at Cardiff Pointe from Savills Cardiff and I cannot thank them enough for the fantastic service I had from them. The team at the office where superb and rectified every issue I went to them with. Once again thank you Savills for the fantastic experience I have had of purchasing a property from yourselves. :)

  Support from the staff at the Savills Sales office at Cardiff Pointe was excellent. We had viewed several properties in the development in the company of Alyson Rees and had not decided if it was right for us. We subsequently rented a house on the development and as such were in regular contact with Alyson and when the house we purchased became available we were the first to hear about. Throughout the negotiations of the purchase and completion of the legal aspects the professionalism of all Savills staff, and Alyson in particular, was exemplary.

  We bought our first home off plan- what a fantastic service from all the New Homes team in Cardiff, we would highly recommend using them if buying New Build. Before we bought in Cardiff we were very apprehensive but they made everything simple and supported us through the whole process.

  I recently used Savills for the second time in order to complete the purchase of a new property. Very smooth transaction and they're always happy to pick up the phone to answer my questions. Very much recommend.
