  Absolutely hurrendous, my mother in law came in with a hand 4 times the size due to a wasp sting, she was told to go home and a nurse would call, she ignored them and went to a and e and was told if she had left it any longer she would have cut off the blood supply To her hand!! Then my 2 year old niece was taken in with a temp of 39.1 and they told her mum to give her calpol and wait an hour her temp was then 41.2 she was told she had a virus!! A week later she was still ill so they changed doctors and was told she had a severe chest infection and needed penicillin!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU WANT TO HAVE GOOD HEALTH AND NO PERMANENT DAMAGE

  I have had fantastic support from the GP I usually see. He is sensitive, he listens and is very supportive and has gone out of his way to help me when I have needed it. I can not thank Dr Akwei enough and say what a brilliant GP he is. I have seen another GP whom I will not name, she was rude, sharp and abrupt and I did not feel I could talk to her and I left without saying what I really needed to discuss with her.

  OKay as some people have pointed out there a couple of Dr's at the surgery who are not my cup of tea for want of a better word. How ever the Dr I see Dr Ressi is fantastic caring and listens to what you have to say. I have never had a bad experience with him or some of the other Dr's there and I have been going to the surgery for over 17 years.....

  Absolutely awful. Dr Finlay is one of the rudest doctors I have ever had the misfortune of having to see. She made me feel angry to the point that I wanted to launch her. Absolutely vile woman.

  Part time doctors, doing part time hours, giving part time care and no doubt on full time wages. Do yourself a favour and find a better surgery and if you ever have the misfortune of getting the o neils then don't bother going as the surgery is scraping the barrel employing those useless numpties!
