  We were really happy with the work done for us by Steve and his team, all the tradesmen were professional, efficient and hardworking , the builders even turned up in a gale. Steve always kept us informed and he always answered his phone. He said the job would be completed in 6 weeks and it was. Stress free experience thanks for the hard work.

  I have used SCC for a variety of building work on my property over the last couple of years and have been very happy with the result. The team are very professional and all projects have been completed on time and too a very high standard. I will certainly be using them for future projects and would recommend them to others.

  Agreed quote with this company in June to repair my roof. The 'preferred' roofer, who I guess is a sub-contactor for this company, agreed at least two separate dates to commence work but failed to attend either date. I was informed by this company that their roofers are 'unmanageable' and 'appear to be going to jobs with the highest pay-return'. With no contact since the middle of August, I have again attempted to arrange a new date with the 'preferred' roofer who 'can't do it all'. I have had to make contact again with the company who have informed me that as their 'preferred roofer' can't do the work then they wont be undertaking the work for me. I am left with a roof that still requires repair work and the trouble of trying to arrange an alternative builder.
