  Would just like to comment on the beautiful flowers that my mother received for her birthday today; the customer service whilst I was in the shop purchasing these flowers was excellent. The ladies in there are lovely and make you feel very welcome. I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to purchasing flowers, but the ladies in store helped me to pick the most beautiful bunch for my mum's special day. When they arrived today, I couldn't believe what great value they were for the money. They also included diamantes and butterflies which my mother loved and I did not expect! Thank you ever so much scentsations! x

  Very expensive. Sold me five pieces of gypsophila for £10, it was dull and sparse, I went to another local florist only 5 mins drive away to be sold beautiful white gyp at £6 for the same amount but it looked far superior, I even got a smile which I didn't get at Scentsations - I felt they were doing me a favour by serving me!!
