::Very disappointed!! Staff very unhelpful! We had a bus to Dundee at 8:00 and were in the station early at 1:00. They refused to change our trip to earlier one, however many buses departed with so many empty seats and we said we will pay the extra price of the ticket. They insisted to pay plus fees approximately as same as the ticket price!

::Terrible service! They wont stop to pick up passengers even when signalled to stop at designated bus stops. Use Airlink instead.

::The staff member we spoke with was extremely rude, very unhelpful and not understanding at all. Megabus and Citylink just blame each other for problems. I think the Citylink needs to invest on customer service training courses for their staff or revise their recruitment process. Can't think of anything positive to say.
