  Was in for cut and colour today when my usual hairdresser let me down. Great service. Love both cut and colour. Think this has just become my new "usual" hair salon

  Hated it. Bad vibes. Bad service. Bad attitude. After I read a lot of reviews online about this place, I called and made an appointment with Scott. I should have gone through Treatwell but Scott told me he'd offer the same price of 28.00 if I came in as he would need to pay them commission. Anyway, I go in and granted that I was feeling a bit off this was due to a) losing a lot of hair due to drug induced headaches and b) I was very vulnerable... I explained this to Scott who ended up making me feel worse and started asking me why I wanted to opt for that or why I felt the need to put my hair up when it was windy or why I opted to cut it short if I have a headache and that it wasn't going to fix the problem. I was quite intimidated and put on the spot. I felt really uncomfortable, awkward and felt like he didn't listen to me or give me the cut I wanted. Worse I paid all of 28.00 for it and hated it, still hate it. I called him back and said that I'd like to have it fixed and he gave me an appointment that I couldn;t make and when I Called back to change it he didn't answer the phone. I feel like I wasted my time money and worse he made me feel like crap. Never again.

  Been looking for a good hairdresser in Glasgow since I moved here almost 3 years ago. As I live a bit more outside the city I tried to find somewhere easy to get to but also somewhere that has good reviews. Decided to try this one and glad I did. He knows what he does and is really good! Love my new hair cut and will be back again.
