    I just left the shop with my family because one of the staff was very unpolite and show no interest to help. I asked for sofabed because we wanted to buy one. I am really disappointed.

    Staff ordered footstool in the wrong colour (different to sofa) manager and staff were very apologetic and agreed to accept return of footstool. When the call came to arrange pick up of footstool I asked if we would get a refund or it would be taken off the finance. I was then very rudely told that they would be picking up the sofa too. I said there is nothing wrong with the sofa and we had waited 7 weeks for it to arrive we want to keep the sofa and return the footstool as pre previous conversation. The caller then told me that the manager will decide if he wants to take back the stool or not. I was appalled. The colour is wrong. We spent a lot of money and this is not what we wanted. We have every right to return it, it not something that the manager gets to deside. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told that he doesn't deal with complaints at the weekend. Very disappointed with how this is being handled.

    Very disappointed this time. I have ordered two carpets now. The first was in good condition but I was only allowed to order for 2+ weeks in advance. On the day they cannot give you a time slot, so you end up waiting in until any time between 0700 and 1900 unless you hassle them, which shouldn't be necessary. Of course, it arrived at 1900. Second carpet I am extremely upset about. Let me list: --Unable to order delivery day less than two weeks in advance --I was told delivery would arrive in the afternoon (after phoning to ask) and it ended up arriving at 1910. --When it arrived the carpet had been rested on the ground so one end was covered in dirt --carpet had been squashed in the van so it was no longer rolled in a round shape but an oval, leading to rucks running the length of the carpet. --when rolled out on the floor two of these rucks still remain despite a lot of effort to reduce them. --You have to pay the delivery drivers in cash, separately to paying for the carpet. This strikes me as very unprofessional, like the company is trying to avoid tax in some way by not declaring their vehicle use/deliveries. I will not be using this company again, they don't give a damn about customer service and I do not want to risk a carpet arriving that hasn't been cared for properly on delivery.

    Appalling service. From the point of walking in (we got pounced on). We walked out and went back in a found someone who was less aggressive. Bought a carpet and sofa for just over £2000 and was told sofa would reach us by 3rd week of April. Got a call about 2-3 weeks prior to sofa arriving at the Bridgend warehouse stating they will receive it on the 24/04/15. When would we like delivery we were asked and we explained we were off on holiday on the 26th. It was agreed that after a number of conversations (some not recorded) we could get delivery on the 11th May. 11th May came and my partner took a day off work. We were told to clear the room and sort access. We were informed that the sofa will arrive between 7am and 7pm and someone will call a hour before delivery. 4pm came and my partner received a call that the warehouse had not put our delivery into the system and that it would be the 14th before they could be bothered to deliver. Regardless to the fact that we had not furniture in the house. I called the branch @ Imperial Park, Bristol and it was them who discovered the problem. After much heated discussion I was told to speak to their warehouse.. I called and all I got was a girl telling me that at 4pm on a Monday evening that they were the only ones left on site and no management was on site to talk to me. I then got the number of the head office in Sunderland and all i got was a voicemail box. After telling all parties I was the one to discuss this situation with they all contacted my partner who was not very happy by this stage. I have today been told that they will not be prepared to deliver still until Thursday and still i have not furniture. They may compensate me, but unlikely. Please be very wary of this company and the warehouse which is apparently new to their set up called A.Share & Sons Ltd who are based in Sunderland. Please note I have never written a review before, but I feel so incensed and let down by this company.
