::Used it for the first time whilst waiting for my washing machine to be fixed. Dry cleaning service available. Nice lady helped me with correct settings on the washing machine. They also offer to do ur laundry for an extra charge. Tip - their washing machines do not accept new £1 coins

::Made to feel like an idiot for asking about a washing machine. Lady behind counter seemed strained beyond belief to mumble a one word grunt of a reply before turning back to her friend and rolling her eyes in exasperation at the interruption.

::I used to hate having to use this place, but I actually miss being able to observe local wildlife this closely. The Polish attendant is actually very helpful if you ask nicely; if you haven't used a launderette before, it's probably worth reading the instructions before you pump all your coins in.
