::I went there yesterday. Didn't book an appointment but noticed that they are not busy. Two girls were working. Really nice and professional. Younger girl was taking care of my nail. I believe her name was Martha? She was really friendly and did my nail really quick. It was only colour but still I'm really happy about them. One thing that was really weird is that it was freezing inside. Needed to stay in my jacket. When I asked stuff if they have anything to change that they said that they don't. I'm really surprised as because of the weather many places has closed even tho they have good heating. Just feel sorry for this girls that they have to sit there all day without any heating on.

::I had a half leg wax, it was the worst I’ve ever had. The woman used a wax roller and it was obviously not working properly so she pushed it so hard I was cringing in pain each time she rolled it, was covered in wax when she had finished, really rough and unprofessional

::Went here to get my nail extensions for my brother wedding. First time getting nail extensions n will b the last time I get them done anywhere cause of this shop. Went in got them done n after I left had a better look at them since first time I have had wasn't sure if they were ok but as I spoke to people n look closer myself I noticed they are flat at the tips and look like duck beaks and not stuck properly cause can get in between my nail and the extension. I didn't go bk n asked if the girl could sort them n got told I would b charged for her to only file my nail she got told I can file my owe nails for free. So please!! don't go to this shop for nails cause u will want to rip them off ur fingers by time u have left

::Only been in for waxing but it's always perfect. All the therapists I've seen have been so nice, they put you at ease by working quickly and efficiently. I've found the salon to be hygienic and welcoming.
