  Was in this store recently looking for some shoes for my elderly mother. Staff were really helpful and I bought two pairs which my mother was very pleased with. Great advice and service. I will definitely shop here again and recommend it to anyone.

  Returned a pair of my daughters shoes - she had only had them for 3 months - they were split on the sole - I was told they must have had a lot of wear as no others had been returned. I explained she had only had them for 3 months and used them to get to and from work. The lady spoke to her manager (in the back). After 10 mins waiting I was told we could have a refund on this occasion but that it was most unusual. No apology, in fact I was made to feel as if I was in the wrong!. Certainly won't shop there again and won't recommend to others either.
