  Family business which has been in the area for over 20 years. Very professional, prompt and delivered with a friendly charm. Also do drycleaning.

  On 2 separate occasions I brought my shoes here just because it was close to where I work but they kept telling me there was nothing they could do for me since apparently my shoes were too badly damaged even though I’d had them for a couple months. On both occasions I went to Pamir Shoe Repair, 38 Page St, SW1 and this man found a solution every time rather than Shoemaster telling me to throw my shoes away! Instead this man recognised that people can’t always afford to just chuck things away without trying to repair them. Pamir Shoe Repair are friendly, professional and clearly care a great deal about giving a great service and good workmanship. I will now go there EVERY time! My shoes look great. I’ve totally written Shoemaster off. They’re polite, but polite isn’t good enough.

  Had a key cut here recently. Guy who served me was friendly, quick and very reasonably priced for central London. Would not hesitate in coming back.

  I recently took some Mens Church’s brogues here to be completely resoled with Leather soles. My husband was delighted with the result. The stitching was extremely neat and finish was marvellous. They came up like they were new. I will definitely be bringing more shoes back to Shoe Master, rather than taking them to Church’s for their over priced re-soleing services. I have got the same high quality results from this shop for a fraction of the price! Highly recommend.
