  Parts department never answer the phone, let alone call you back, parts team haven't a clue what they are on about and also a complete rip off 🤙

  Inspection light still on and tools left on the roof after a full service. Not only a poor level of professionalism but dangerous too. This being the latest in a long line of issues with the Sinclair van center in Cardiff, if you want poor quality vans and poor service then this is the place for you. If only negative stars where possible!

  Don’t take your van here, customer service is shocking. Van went in for MOT, came out with my 12v connector/charging port not working. How???? One of many bad visits I’ve had at this place.

  I'm surprised some people seem so dissatisfied. I bought my vehicle new over 9 years ago and have had all the servicing done there (even tyre replacements). The prices are reasonable (considering it's a main dealer), people who work there are pleasant, and work appears to be done to a high standard. As someone else has mentioned, parking can be tight, but it has never been an insurmountable problem for me.
