  After not using Sisi for a couple of years due to constant overcharging, I thought I'd give them a second chance but actually go in and order and collect. All appeared OK and I left with my pizza and a new menu. The pizza was excellent albeit a bit on the thin side for a deep pan one. It was whilst browsing the new menu I picked up that I realised I had been overcharged again! £7.90 for a £7.10 pizza. Even ordering over the counter you get overcharged!! Well Sisi, you had your second chance and you've blown it! I won't bother ringing to complain as I won't be using you again. Check what you've been charged for your order before paying....

  Food came freezing, they forgot half of the order, asked for a refund and they said I was lying how much I paid therefore driver asked for more money than it was (stealing money off the customers) absolutely disgusting I will never order from this place again.

  What a absolute joke this place is. I have ordered from this many times almost every time the order has been mixed up. I then placed a order for my family. It came to £38 to which half the order was wrong the only one right was the kids pizza. When you phone up the staff are rude never seem to have a manager there or they are not availible to speak to. Upon complaining i was told sorry the food was cold we are a busy takeaway well that must be ok to serve cold food then Was told that order will come out so now we all have to eat at different times. I strongly advise anybody to think twice before ordering from here

  Food is nice just needs to be quicker to my door as it’s cold when it comes but if you collect it spot on
