  The owner is so so rude, I've been a few times and I know I'm not the only one who thinks so, you'll know her by the frosty condensing attitude she has. Not going back because of this, I hope she's at least nicer to her staff. I get the feeling some of the nicer reviews are put up by them.

  I have been going to the owner of F.A.C.E. for 23 years. I have been using F.A.C.E. Clinic since its opening in 2008. I believe this salon is one of the best in the world. I travel often and always come back to the clinic in Cardiff as the treatments and salon top other places. Latest and best treaatments available. Passionate and helpful staff. Fantastic location. Parking nearby. Try it! You wont go anywhere else again!

  I have been going to FACE Clinic for the last 15 years and have always found the staff and the treatments excellent. Eileen is very professional and is always looking for the latest Treatments for her clients. I highly recommend FACE and so do my friends and family who also always use FACE. Keep up the good work girls!.

  I just wanted to say how happy I'm about my eyebrows. They are stunning!!!! I was so nervous when i first got there, but the therapist Liz and the receptionist Elaine made me feel so comfortable and even bought me coffee that by the time we were doing the eyebrows i was really confident. Liz was amazing she explained everything so clearly , there were no doubt left. Very professional ,welcoming and easy going!!!! The best clinic I ever been till now.
