  Price is right. Where its Placed is right. Staff are Ok, not over friendly. Rooms are way to small, 4 beds in a room the size of bath room, and that's not large all. 2 showers between a least 16 people. Not good in the morning when your all trying to get out, so learn to shower at night if you stay here. Great cafes near by.left as you come out the door.

  Lovely small rooms with all the amenities you need to rest your for a night. Very friendly staff and would recommend this place to family and friends. We'll definitely be staying here again.

  It was fine. The staff were friendly and the call to check we were settled in well was a nice touch. The room itself had everything we needed with no frills, but it was too small to be comfortable. The bathroom pod has no sound proofing whatsoever either so make sure you're friendly with the person you're staying with!

  The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Cardiff right next to the train station. Although there were trains passing while we were there we never heard them. The staff were all very friendly. The room itself was on the small side but fine for a night. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was slightly disappointing in that the shampoo dispenser was broken (although still working) and the sink had some cracks in it. The shower was also not the best All in all it was a reasonable room for a reasonable price but if I was staying for longer than a night or two I'd probably look elsewhere.

  Excellent location - right next to Cardiff Central train station and a short walk to the main shopping center. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly receptionist who helped accommodate our bags before check-in and after check-out. Overall an excellent stay.
