  Almost always has what you need. Tills are very small especially if you have a pram. Staff always pleasant and helpful.

  This is a great toy store packed to the rafters with the latest toys and games with good parking right outside. Find most of the staff knowledgeable and helpful one other piece of advice don't bring the children they will be changing their minds in every aisle

  Love this shop for spoiling my granddaughter,good value for money,and this is her favorite place to spend her pocket money every month,staff so friendly and helpful

  The boy Tam at the console dept is always happy to help. Great customer service skills. Great employee to smyths. Thanks very much. Great toy shop.

  Great toy shop and the shelves are stacked really to the ceiling. The staff are always helpful, but sometimes their product awareness means that they can't answer all questions. Possibly an unfair criticism when you consider their number stock items held. The stores always have the newest craze or program based toys available and all the old favorites as well. As a wheelchair user a small gripe would be that the aisle end displays with their up-sell toys or games, can sometimes make access difficult if the shop is busy.
