Brett and Sandra have created a warm, encouraging and supportive environment within which you can achieve your health and fitness goals (almost) effortlessly! ::Soho Fitness Lab, in my opinion, is the best PT studio in London. Brett is an amazing coach who will get the best from you in a holistic manner. He pushes you, but in a balanced way. Their follow up, professionalism and attention to detail is first rate; SFL is the complete package. Your training gear is kept there and washed for you after every training session. It's just so easy. When I travel to other cities, I just wish they had a Soho Fitness Lab. Check it out. You will not be disappointed.

::The gym is brilliant and the PTs really spend time creating a personal and tailored session. It is friendly and not intimidating like some gyms, but has all the equipment and facilities you need, and is always spotless. Olivia is a great trainer who always pushes you that bit further than you thought you could go. Soho Fitness Lab caters for everyone, from novices like me a bit scared of the whole gym thing to athletes preparing for special events. Highly recommended!
