  I bought a Sony DVD player UXB 800, and it's fantastic! I was very pleased with it, and it plays DVD, Blu ray, 4k, CD, and Super Audio CD. it's a very impressive piece of kit! The movies are excellent, no jumping, no nothing. The staff here are polite and very helpful. Their televisions look a treat too.

  I was very pleased to find the Sony shop had transferred to the new Woolacotts in Plympton. Was I disappointed. It is not a shop within a shop with its own dedicated staff, it a section signed sony with the general shop staff dealing with it. I cant say serving because there was no service. I was told we don't do spares try Amazon or ebay. I also was looking for a panasonic camera, but no one seemed interested in helping there either. This was such a contrast to Woolacotts Bude branch, where a couple of years ago I had excellent service from Jay Squire, I just wish he had transferred down. Not worth visiting, it is all show, no service. At least the manager contacted me for details of my complaint, perhaps i will try them again.
