::every few days we go to the memorial garden to put fresh flowers on my mum and dads headstone and while it always looks tidy there's always lots of flowers that could be thrown away but i am guessing the staff leave them to the families to do. Today when we went i instantly noticed that the staff had been cutting back the bushes and generally tiding up the headstones it looked amazing and want to say a big thankyou for your hard work it was a pleasure to walk to my mum's headstone tdy . thankyou again xx

::These grave diggers got no respect for people's family. I've had my mum's flowers and ornaments just thrown to the side and broken when they needed to level soil. We as a family have been hurt by the disrespectful people that work there. If I could turn back the clock I would of never of had my mum buried there. I did not know what this place was like... Not even allowed to have a decent head stone. This place just want you to have a slab put on the ground no bigger then 5 inches from ground.. Absolutely disgusting.. I've even contacted bristol City council with my complaint and they don't even get back to you. Like I said no respect.. They might not care about there family but I care about mine.. Bristol city council needs to change policy about headstones and get decent grave diggers that care... Bloody iddiots How would they feel if it was their family that was getting this sort of treatment.. No one cares at this place..
