::Absolutly disgusting. Ordereder my food and waited and hour, then received ‘en route’ update, after waiting another hour rang up to find out where my food was. Was told that someone rang up and cancelled my order (which wasn’t possible) after I stated this was told I was wrong. When asked for a refund was told I’d have to wait and ring back, after stating that they had messed up and I just wanted my money back, the guy hung up the phone and never answered and rejected my calls. So rude, and disgusting customer service. Never have I spoke to someone so rude before, and still waiting my refund.

::Basically I ordered from here tonight, and the food turned up burnt, chicken nuggets wasn't cooked plus the food turned up cold, there swear down the phone to me and my mate, we went down their to ask for the money back and demanded us to bring the food back otherwise we couldn't get our money back considering the shop shut in like 10 minutes. I would never ordered from their again, I'm feeling sick after eating one chicken nugget. I will be going to the daily echo about this place, because it don't even look hygienic, me and my mates just wanted a quiet nice in and it turned out to be a nightmare.
