  Dzisiaj odebralam list z wizyta do ortodonta dla mojego syna ----- list ten byl wyslany na inny adres ( odebralam list od nieznanj osoby) oczywiscie wizyta przepadla poniewaz nie wiedzielismy o niej. Pani z recepcji Southampton orthodontic pomylila adres.Kiedy zadzwonilam tam pani zaproponowala nam nastepny wolny termin 24 maj 2018. Dzisiaj jest 03 styczen 2018. Skandal to przeciez ona pomylila adres.

  I brought my brother here for his last orthodontist appointment. The overall atmosphere was good, very professional. The receptionists were really helpful and lovely. However, when we went in for the appointment so my brother could get his retainers, the orthodontist was extremely rude. Didn't even bother to acknowledge the fact that I was there. She was very haughty, and went off after fitting my brothers retainers in without even saying a word to us. Also, when she fitted my brothers retainer into his teeth, she pushed down so hard, his gums were bleeding for hours and he was in a lot of pain. We were then left with the assistant who was even more rude to me, especially when I wanted to clarify something and ask a question. She was extremely patronising and had an overall haughty, and bad demeanor. She acted like she didn't really want to answer the questions and give information. Overall, I would give this place a rating of 2 out of 5. The 2 is for the friendly customer service provided by the receptionists, and the professional atmosphere. The lack of stars is because of the haughty attitudes from both dental assistant, and the orthodontist. I'm extremely disappointed and didn't expect this especially from someone who works in the healthcare field.
